bullet General Information
  1. What is K-BizNet ?
      It is a service that provides additional convenient means of doing transactions via Internet, enabling your company to undertake cash management more easily and conveniently. Transactions made via the Service can be classified according to the different access level of each user. The Service also enables you to check details of transactions prior to granting approval. Users of K-BizNet can be classified into three main groups as follows:
      • Company Administrator is responsible for designating scope of transactions made by other groups of users, nature of transactions to be done, types of accounts to be processed as well as establishing/changing the number of input users and other account users.
      • Company Signatory is responsible for approving transactions made via K-BizNet. In the case where a company signatory processes transactions him/herself, another company signatory will approve them (where only a single company signatory is designated and he/she performs transactions him/herself, the system will automatically allow the company signatory to approve his/her own transactions).
      • Input User is established by Company Administrator to conduct financial transactions. He/she is prohibited from granting approval for the transactions done which must be forwarded to Company Signatory for approval.

  2. What types of transactions can be conducted via K-BizNet?
      Basic transactions that can be processed via K-BizNet are:
      • Account Summary which will enable you to view the balance of all accounts added to your K-Cyber Banking Profile
      • Balance Inquiry which will enable you to view details of your K-BizNet accounts, Today Transaction, Online Transaction or Statement Inquiry that can also be printed out
      • Funds Transfer where you can make remittance to your other accounts, to other accounts or to other banks. Option is allowed for immediate or scheduled funds transfers.
      • Bill Payment which will enable you to pay for goods and services, i.e., mobile service, insurance premium, cable TV, etc. via K-Cyber Banking. You can choose to pay your bills online immediately or at a set future date. Scheduled regular bill payments for automatic payment are also allowed. Custom-made payment forms for regular bill payments are also accepted.
      • Cheque which will enable you to perform several related services including stopping cheques from K-Cyber Banking accounts, checking cheques stopping status and buying cheque books via K-Cyber Banking. One day after the execution date, cheque books will be received at the branch of the account holder.

  3. What is the application fee for K-BizNet?
      Presently, no application or annual fee is charged for the services. However, you have to pay for service fees for certain transactions, i.e., zone-crossing or Inter-bank funds transfers.

  4. What are the major improvements of K-BizNet compared with the previous Internet Banking?
      K-BizNet is our newly-developed service whereby several improvements have been made to provide users with more convenience and security. In summary:
      • The system has been improved to offer faster, safer and more efficient services to users.
      • Services are divided into two types to better suit users: K-Cyber Banking for individuals and K-BizNet for corporate entities.
      • Custom-made formats are allowed for personal use which includes receiving information related to foreign exchange and interest rates, creating shortcuts for frequently-used services such as forms for bill payment, mobile phone service fees, etc.
      • Two-language accommodation, i.e., Thai and English
      • Unlike the former Internet Banking, adding programs like Java Virtual Machine into a computer before use is no longer needed.


  5. What are the differences between K-Cyber Banking and K-BizNet?
      Key differences between the two services are as shown in the table below:

        - View Payment Info: Payment transactions to your account can be viewed. Only one account is allowed* (Additional fee must be paid for this optional service.)

  6. What are specifications of computers used for K-BizNet?
      • Operating System (OS): Windows 98, Windows 98 Millenium Edition, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional
      • Web Browser: Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or higher that can accommodate data encryption 128 bits
      • Equipment for Internet access with speed of 56 kbps and faster


  7. Can we use Palm, Pocket PC or mobile phones with Java Support for K-BizNet?
      The Bank is in the process of developing K-BizNet system for these devices.

  8. Can McIntosh be used for K-BizNet?
      Yes, if you use Internet Browser Explorer. However, the result displayed on screen may not be complete. We recommend you use a computer with Microsoft Windows OS.

  9. Is credit line limited for transactions processed via K-BizNet ?
      There is no credit limit for funds transfer to your other accounts. However, in case of account funds transfers to other accounts, Inter-bank funds transfers and bill payments, credit lines for all these transactions are capped at Baht 100,000-1,000,000/day (Depends on the requested credit line on applying process)

  10. Can we use K-BizNet when going abroad?
      All types of K-BizNet services can be used everywhere in the world. No matter where you are and where your transactions are initiated, if your computer has the required specifications, the transactions processed through the Bank?s system will be recorded according to Thailand?s standard time.

  11. When is K-BizNet available?
      The service is available daily from 6.00 A.M. to 10.00 P.M. (For fixed-deposit, loan accounts, transactions can be processed only from 6.00 A.M. to 8.00 P.M.)

  12. How can users log in to K-BizNet system?
      Please follow the steps below:
      • Access websites https://ebank.kasikornbank.com/kbiznet/login.html or http://www.kasikornbank.com Then click ?Online services? > ?K-BizNet?
      • Type Company ID, User ID and Password
      • On logging on for the first time, the user will be required to change Login Password for security purposes. The Password must be 8-10 letter long. (Passwords derived from terminology in a dictionary, your own name and surname or your acquaintance?s name including easily-guessed words should be avoided.)
      • Initializing the system for Company Administrator which can be viewed from First Login instruction
bullet Application
  1. How can we apply for K-BizNet?
      You can apply for the services at all KBANK branches across the country or download application forms from our website http://www.kasikornbank.com (Click ?Online services? and select ?K-BizNet? > ?Click download Application Form). After completing an application form, please attach complete, supporting documents certified as true (by the signature identical with that shown in the application) with the original application form (photocopies are prohibited) before returning them to the branch concerned

  2. What documents are to be presented when applying for K-BizNet?
      Supporting documents are as follows: (The information is also shown in the application form)
      • Photocopy of affidavit issued not more than one month beforehand
      • Clearly photocopied Thai National ID Card and One Copy of Household Registration Certificate, both held by a director/partner with signatory authority
      • In the case of a limited company, the minutes of the meeting at which the resolution was adopted to use the Service/include K-BizNet account shall be enclosed.
      • In the case of a limited partnership, a photocopy of the Taxpayer ID Card held by the partnership shall be attached.
      • If the authorized director/ partner is not of Thai Nationality, clearly photocopied passport and work permit should be enclosed instead.


  3. How long does it take before the result of the K-BizNet application is known?
      Around 5-9 days, from the day the Bank receives accurate and complete documents to the day the applicant is informed of the approval result via e-mail.

  4. In case of holding more than one account that will be applicable for K-BizNet service, do we need to fill more than one application forms?
      No. You just submit Account Adding Request Form together with the application form or print out the Account Adding Request Form from our website and submit to the bank branch later.

  5. How can we follow the application approval process?
      You can e-mail info@kasikornbank.com or contact K-Biz Contact Center at 0 2888 8822 for the result.

  6. What types of accounts can be used for K-BizNet application?
      In the application form, an applicant must select at least current or savings account of KASIKORNBANK. Upon approval, a user can add his/her other accounts, i.e., current, savings, fixed-deposit, loan into K-BizNet

  7. If a company?s profile changes, how should the Bank be informed?
      Download and print out ?K-BizNet Changing Profile Request Form? from our website http://www.kasikornbank.com (Click to download forms> Changing Profile Request Form to change the company?s contact e-mail address, contact address and other information. Once the request form is printed out and completed, please send it to the Bank via postal mail at Cash Management Department, Fl.11, KASIKORNBANK PCL, Ratburana Road, Bangkok 10140 or via Fax Number 0-2470-5790 In the case of a change of contact address, the request form shall be completed and sent to the Bank via postal mail together with a photocopy of an affidavit issued not more than one month beforehand.

bullet Company ID, User ID and Password
  1. After the application is approved, how do we use K-BizNet services?
      You will receive an e-mail message notifying details of Company ID, User ID and how to first log on to the system. Then a Password will be sent to you via postal mail.

  2. How long does it take before we receive a Password envelope from the Bank?
      The Bank will send you Login Password envelopes on the following day after informing you of the approval result via e-mail. There will be 2-3 envelopes (depending on the number of Company Signatory as specified in the application) containing Login Password for Company Administrator, Company Signatory #1 Company Signatory #2. Normally, you would receive the Password envelopes no later than 8 days after receiving the e-mail message.

  3. What do the two (or three) envelopes sent to K-BizNet customers contain?
      Customers will receive 2-3 Login Password envelopes (depending on the number of Company Signatory as specified in the application). Each one contains Login Password for Company Administrator, Company Signatory #1 and Company Signatory #2. Normally, you would receive the Login Password envelopes no later than 8 days after receiving the e-mail message.

  4. For overseas addresses, how will the Login Password be sent?
      The Bank has no policy to send the Login Password to other countries. Therefore, we would request you to reply for us by return e-mail whether you want the Bank to send the Login Password envelopes to other addresses in Thailand or to the e-mail address as mentioned in the application form.

  5. Once the Password envelopes are received, how do we start to use the Service?
      You can follow the instruction contained in the e-mail informing of the application result.

  6. How can we change the Login Password?
      • For Company Administrator:
        • Log on to the system and select Change Login Password menu
        • Insert the accurate existing Login Password and the new one before pressing ?Submit? to confirm the change.
      • For Company Signatory
        • Log on to the system and select Profile setting menu
        • Select Change Login Password submenu
        • Insert the accurate existing Login Password and the new one before pressing ?Submit? to confirm the change.


  7. How many times can the password be wrongly specified?
      Not more than three times, otherwise the services will be temporarily terminated.

  8. What should we do if the Password is wrongly specified and we cannot access the system?
      You can download and print out ?K-BizNet Changing Profile Request Form? from our website http://www.kasikornbank.com (Click to download forms> Changing Profile Request Form to change the company?s contact e-mail address, contact address and other information. Once the request form is printed out and completed, please send it to the Bank via postal mail at Cash Management Department, Fl.11, KASIKORNBANK PCL, Ratburana Road, Bangkok 10140 or via Fax Number 0-2470-5790

  9. What should we do when we forget the password, or when we realize that the password is known by other persons?
      You should download and print out ?K-BizNet Changing Profile Request Form? from our website http://www.kasikornbank.com (Click to download forms> Changing Profile Request Form to change the company?s contact e-mail address, contact address and other information. Once the request form is printed out and completed, please send it to the Bank via postal mail at Cash Management Department, Fl.11, KASIKORNBANK PCL, Ratburana Road, Bangkok 10140 or via Fax Number 0-2470-5790. The Bank will send an envelope containing the new Password to you within 8 working days.

  1. Account
      1.   What types of accounts can be used for K-BizNet?
        Current, savings, fixed-deposit, loan accounts of KASIKORNBANK

      2.   Is the number of accounts used for K-BizNet limited?
        No

      3.   What can we do if the account name shown on the Account Summary is not correct?
        The account name may be wrongly recorded during the process of account opening. We recommend you contact the branch concerned to correct the spelling of the account name.

      4.   What is the maximum lifeframe that the Statement Inquiry can show?
        Three months in retrospect for savings, current, credit card and Web Card accounts, and six months for other types of accounts.

      5.   What causes an incomplete statement?
        Normally, the system can display 500 items at maximum per view. If you have too many items in a statement, you may be unable to view those of the more early dates. You should shorten the period viewed so as to obtain a complete statement.

      6.   What can we do to view today?s transaction?
        Select Account > Today Transaction. Then the system will display transactions done today via branches concerned or Cash Deposit Machine. Transactions made via other channels, i.e., ATM or K-Cyber Banking can be viewed only on the following day by entering Statement Inquiry submenu.

      7.   Is total sum shown always the most up-to-date?
        Yes. (Except in case of funds transfer via cheque)

      8.   For scheduled funds transfer or bill payment, how can customers check if the transactions
              are completed?
        Select Account> Scheduled Transaction

      9.   Once transactions via K-BizNet are processed, how can we check if they
              are completed?
        Select Account> Online Transaction to view status of the transactions made via K-BizNet. You can also view details of transactions or print them out for verification.

  2. Cheque service
      1.   What kinds of cheque service does K-Cyber Banking provide?
        You can conduct cheque transactions through K-Cyber Banking system as follows:
        ? Stop Cheque
        ? Inquire the status of Stopped Cheque                                            
        ? Order Cheque Book. At present only the cheque books for accounts with branches in Bangkok and suburbs can be purchased through K-BizNet.

  3. Funds Transfer
      1.   How can we make Funds Transfer via K-BizNet for the first time?
        Please follow the steps below:
        For Own Account Funds Transfer
        ? Send the request to add an account together with application form to the Bank to check at the same time, or send after you have used the service. You can download and print ?the form to add account used with K-BizNet service? from http//:www.kasikornbank.com. (Click Account Adding Request Form from our website. Attach supporting documents as stipulated in the form and send them by mail to the Cash Management Department, Fl.11, KASIKORNBANK PCL, Ratburana Road, Bangkok 10140.
        ? The Bank will consider your request to add an account within 5-9 working days, and will inform you of the result by e-mail.
        For Other Account Funds Transfer and Inter-Bank Funds Transfer
        ? Login to the User of Company Administrator, then click at the Administration Setting menu.
        ? Choose the submenu Other Account List.
        ? Click at Add Other Account and fill in information in the spaces completely. . In case it involves an account of another bank, the parts of ?Account Name? and ?Branch of Account Owner?s Bank? must be completed in English only. And the name of beneficiary must be the name and surname or a full name of Transferee?s Company only (Thai letters and nicknames are prohibited) according to the rules of the Bank of Thailand.
        ? The Bank will inform you of the result via e-mail. If your transaction is successful, you will automatically see the account that you have added when you transfer funds.
        Then Login to the Users of Company Signatory and general Input Users.
        ? Click at the menu Funds Transfer and choose which type of transfer transaction you require, then fill in details of the transfer.
        ? Press Enter to return to the screen and send the transaction to Company Signatory for approval.
        Company Signatory for Approval
        ? Click at menu To Do
        ? Click at submenu To Do List designate the details of transaction you want to make, and click Search.
        ? Choose the transaction you want to conduct.
        ? Click Approve or Reject in case you want to send the transaction back to the sender to correct.

      2.   Which accounts can we transfer funds from?
        You can transfer money from savings / current account to other account in 3 cases which are:
        ? Own Account Funds Transfer : You can transfer funds from savings / current account to your savings / current account or loan account in unlimited amount.
        ? Other Account Funds Transfer : You can transfer funds from your savings or current account to savings account, and current account of other person that has the account with KASIKORNBANK.
        ? Inter-Bank Funds Transfer : You can transfer money from savings account or current account to the savings account, and current account of other banks. There are 2 types of transfer as follows:
        1. BAHTNET (Urgent) : If you make the transaction by 1.00 P.M., the Bank will credit to transferee's account within the same day, and if you make the transaction after 13.00 p.m., the Bank will deposit to transferee on the next working day.
        2. SMART (Normal) : If you make transaction by 10.00 P.M., the Bank will credit to the transferee's account within the second working day. If you make transaction after 22.00 p.m., the Bank will send your instruction in the next working day.

      3.   How many types can you choose to set the transfer date?
        You can choose to set the transfer date in 2 types; transfer immediately or at a set future date.

      4.   How can we know that the Bank has already deducted and transferred money as per the instruction?
        You can choose the Account > Online Transaction in submenu to view the status of the transaction you have done through K-BizNet. You can also view details of your transaction or print out as evidence.

      5.   Can we add or cancel Other Accounts?
        Yes, you can Login to the User of Company Administrator by following the steps below:
        Adding the account of another person
        ? Choose the submenu Other Account List
        ? Click at Create New Other Account button
        ? Put the details such as Account Name, Bank name and branch of the other person?s account, including the Account Number in full. In case of Other Bank Account, the part of Account Name and Branch of Account Owner?s Bank must be in English only. And the name of beneficiary must be name and surname, or full name Transferee?s Company only (Thai typing and nicknames are not permitted) because it is the rule of the Bank of Thailand.
        ? Click Submit and go to the page confirming that other account is added.
        Deleting the account of another person
        ? Choose the name of the other account that you want to delete from the system, then click ?Delete? button from the Action menu behind the list of accounts.
        ? Check the details of the account you want to delete, and press ?Yes? button to return to the screen confirming the deletion, then press ?Return? button to come back to normal screen.

      6.   When making a funds transfer transaction through K-BizNet while overseas, the
              date of which country will the Bank take in the transaction?
        The Bank will take the date and time, according to the time and date of Thailand as a standard.

      7.   Is the K-BizNet service subject to transfer fees, and how?
        It can be divided into types of service as follows:
        1. Own Account Funds Transfer
        ? In the same clearing office
        [No fee]
        ? Other clearing offices
        [Baht10 per Baht10,000, minimum Baht10 and maximum Baht1,000]
        2. Other Account Funds Transfer (KASIKORNBANK accounts)
        Not more than 10 transactions per day
        ? In the same clearing office

        [Baht10 per Baht10,000, minimum Baht10 and maximum Baht1,000]
        3. From 11th transaction:

        Moreover, the transferee Bank charges fees from the transferee as follows:

             1.   In case the transferee?s account belongs to a branch in Bangkok and suburb
                   [Baht100 per transaction]
             2.   In case the transferee?s account belongs to an upcountry branch
                   [Baht100 per transaction + Baht10 per 10,000 (not more than
                   Baht750 per transaction)]
        ? Normal
        The transferee bank does not charge fee from the transferee.
             1.   The bank will charge payer by amount of transfer money as the following :
                   - Bth 30 per transaction if amount of transfer money is not more than
                   100,000 Bht
                   - Bth 60 per transaction if amount of transfer money is more than
                   100,000 - 500,000 Bht
                   - Bth 120 per transaction if amount of transfer money is more than
                   500,000 - 2,000,000 Bht
             2.   Referring to the Bank of Thailand?s regulation of making Inter-bank Funds
                   Transfer via the SMART / Media Clearing, your money can be deposited
                   to the specified payee only when you specified account holder name,
                   account number and bank correctly.
                   ** If the payee?s bank cannot deposit money to your payee due to any reason
                   i.e. account close, incorrect account name, KBANK hereby reserves the right
                   to charge the transaction fee specified above for the service already provided.
                   

      8.   Can we transfer funds on weekends and public holidays?
        Transactions can be conducted on weekends and public holidays, but the account will be deducted on the next working day.

  4. Bill Payment
      1.   Is payment service available on weekends and public holidays?
        Transactions can be conducted on weekends and public holidays, but the account will be deducted on the next working day.

      2.   Concerning bill payment, can we set a future date?
        Yes, you can choose to set payment time in 2 types which are immediately (except when the transaction is conducted after 10.00 P.M., then the Bank will transfer on the next working day) or by setting a future date. Moreover you can create form for transactions that are regularly made for convenience in your next transactions.

      3.   How can we know which companies accept payment through K-BizNet?
        The system will show when you click Bill Payment Merchant List

      4.   How can we know that the Bank has already debited the account and paid for
              goods/service as instructed?
        You can choose Account >Online Transaction submenu to view the status of the transaction you have conducted through K-BizNet. You can press to view details of transaction, or print out to keep as evidence. Moreover, each time you conduct any type of transfer or payment transaction.

      5.   When conducting bill payment transaction through K-BizNet while overseas, the
              date of which country will the Bank take in the transaction?
        The Bank will take date and time, according to the time and date of Thailand as a standard in transactions.

      6.   Is bill payment service through K-BizNet subject to fees, and how?
        The fee rate varies according to the agreement of each company.

  5. Other service
      1.   What is the submenu Transfer/Payment Batch ?
        In case you want to conduct the same type of related transaction repeatedly, for example, payroll transfer or transfer of funds to manufacturers that are related to the latest investment, you can access Transfer/Payment Batch menu to conduct all transactions you require and send to Company Signatory to consider and approve only one time by following below procedure:
        Steps to create Batch Transaction :
        ? Click Create New Batch.
        ? Designate whether the Batch Name and Transaction Type you want to create is a Group Payment or a Funds Transfer.
        ? Click New Batch
        ? Click Add Transaction to return to the screen requesting to add minor transaction in the group and click Create
        ? Fill in details of minor transactions you want to add in the group such as the account numbers of company payroll, then press Validate to confirm.
        ? When returning to the screen displaying details of created group transaction, you will see minor items you have created in this Group. If you want to add other minor transactions, repeat steps 4 and 5.
        ? In case you want to correct/delete minor transactions you have created, go to Correct/Delete menu at the far right of the transactions you require respectively.
        Steps to send funds transfer/ payment Batch transaction to Company Signatory for approval
        ? In cases where Funds Transfer/Payment Batch are created, and minor transactions are completely added and sender wants to send to Company Signatory for approval, click Forward to send the request and wait for approval.
        Record the form of funds transfer/group payment
        ? When the form of funds transfer/group payment is completed, and you don?t want to create this form every time you conduct the transaction, you can record a funds transfer/group payment form for your use next time by click Save As Template, or create a new one from the form you have created in order to save time fill in the details again.

  6. To Do
      1.   What is To Do menu?
        For the security and safety of financial transactions of your company, every time the funds transfer / bill payment transaction is conducted, the Company Signatory must enter the Proceed/Follow Transaction menu to check and approve the complete process. Moreover, in case the submitted transaction is incorrect, you are also able to access this menu to correct and send back to Company Signatory for approval again.
bullet Security System
  1. What is the Bank?s security system for data?
      The Bank has security measure for your data as follows:
      • Accessing Data Encryption with Secured Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bits.
      • Laying efficient computer network and firewall.
      • Checking the document applying for K-BizNet service with efficient teamwork.

  2. What is Secured Socket Layer (SSL)?
      SSL is the high-level technology that KASIKORNBANK uses to keep your data safe. It is used to create a secret code for your conversation with computer. It is useful to protect against others viewing the secret data during data transmission. KASIKORNBANK uses SSL128 bits which ensures a minimum possibility of someone being able to decode because it requires use of the highest speed internet in the world to decode and takes 1019 years.

  3. What is a Firewall?
      Firewall means the system or group of the system that the Bank uses to control accessing between 2 networks. The Firewall system of KASIKORNBANK can protect unauthorized Login from outside the network and can block entering of information outside the network. It is also the focal point to maintain security, check and catch irregularities which is like the cushion point of the network.

  4. How can we increase security in using the service by ourselves?
      • Keep the Company ID, User ID, Login Password as a secret.
      • You should always change Password and not use a Password that others can guess or work out easily.
      • Click Log Off every time you want to leave the service.
      • Avoid using shared computer with other persons such as in internet shops because the security system may be not good enough.
bullet Other Problems
  1. Unable to access the K-BizNet screen (for example, "The page cannot be displayed")
      • Try to access other websites such as www.cnn.com, or www.settrade.com to check whether your Internet Connection has a problem.
      • If you are still unable to access, check the specifications of the computer you are using such as the OS (Operating System) and Web Browser as to whether they are in line with the Bank?s suggestion. The specifications of computers that are suitable for using K-Cyber Banking service are as follows:
        • Operating System (OS): Windows 98, Windows 98 Millenium Edition, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional.
        • Web Browser: Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or higher and able to accommodate the Data Encryption of 128 bits.
        • Equipment to connect with the Internet at a speed of 56 kbps and higher.
        In event of specifications being different from above, the configuration may be displayed incorrectly.
      • In setting the Tools> Internet Option of Web Browser, you can set the configuration as follows:
        • At General Tab, set the Temporary Internet Files to Automatically (If you us high-speed internet, it is advisable to set the configuration to Every Visit to the Page to prevent the problem on Cache the former screen to display.
        • At Security Tab, set to Default Level (Security Level is Medium).
        • At Privacy Tab, the setting is set at Medium Level.
        • At Content Tab in the part of AutoComplete, remove selection at Forms and User names and passwords on forms.
      • In case you are still unable to access Login Page through the website of KASIKORNBANK, try accessing the service by using URL https://ebank.kasikornbank.com/sme/security/login.jsp

  2. Why K-BizNet system works rather slowly compared with other websites?
      Please follow below procedure:
      • Check that the specifications of your computer are the Operating System (OS), Web Browser that they are in accordance with the Bank?s suggestion. The specification of computer that is suitable to use K-Cyber Banking are as follows:
        • Operating System (OS) : Windows 98, Windows 98 Millenium Edition, Windows 2000 Professional.
        • Web Browser: Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or higher and able to accommodate the Data Encryption of 128 bits.
        • Equipment to connect to the internet with a speed of 56 kbps and higher.
        • In case different specifications are used such as using IE 5.0, this may cause the display system to be slower than the IE with higher version.
      • Check on how many screens of web browser are open at the same time. You should open only one Browser screen while using K-BizNet for fast and safe transactions.
      • Check whether the screen shows slow results for all pages, particularly with some functions and whether it is slow with a particular type of transaction. Using some functions such as Download Files of Online Transaction of some customers may take a long time because the data that is retrieved contains a large number of results.
      • After checking and finding that the system displays results slowly in all screens, and that it happens every time the system is used, and if you use some functions but the Error occurs and ?the Page Cannot Be Displayed? shows up every time even when there is only a small amount of retrieved data, please seek additional guidance via our K-Biz Contact Center at 0-2888-8822.

  3. When I access the K-BizNet system and choose Thai fonts, the system shows another language that is not Thai ?
      Please do as follows:
      • If you choose Font at the Login Page in English and found no problem of a strange language, it means that Thai Font setting in your computer is not the same as the Bank?s (follow the second step). If the problem still persists, please inform K-Biz Contact Center at 0 2888 8822.
      • Close all screens (both program screens and Browser screen).
      • Access URL directly at https://ebank.kasikornbank.com/sme/security/login.jsp and Login to access the screen that has Font problem.
      • Choose Tools> Internet Options> Delete Cookies & Delete Files
      • Choose View> Encoding> Thai (Windows)
      • At this point, the computer should show Thai Font as usual, but if it doesn?t show yet, please inform K-Biz Contact Center at 0 2888 8822.

  4. When Login to K-BizNet system the screen shows HTTP 500-Internal Server Error?
      The cause is Cache from the old screen showing up, so please do as follows:
      • Enter Tools> Internet Options> General> at Temporary Internet Files, Click Delete Cookies & Delete files> Settings> Choose Every Visit to the Page.
      • If the transaction is still not successful, you can check whether you can enter other Websites successfully and normally.
      • If you can enter other Websites, but are unable to make transactions through K-BizNet, try using another computer to enter the system. If you can enter normally, it means that the first computer has the problem of specifications that are inappropriate to make K-BizNet. The suitable specifications are:
        • Operating System (OS): Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Home, Windows XP Professional
        • Web Browser: Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or higher and able to support Data Encryption of 128 bits
        • Modem: up to 56 kbps

  5. Why doesn?t the Company Administrator pass in the initial setting of configuration?
      The cause may be due to the Company Administrator not designating the Account Access Level and the Function Access Level to all Company Signatories and general Company Users. In such case, you should follow the steps below:
      • Go to Administration Setting > Access Level Assignment
      • Designate the Data Access Profile and the Function Access Profile that are created to each Company Signatory and general Input User. (The Data Access Profile and the Function Access Profile must be designated to all Users on screen).
      • Press ?Forward? to return to the screen to confirm transaction.
